What are the Materials Made from?

Our materials are a proprietary blend of medium density fiber and finished with a paper blend on both sides.  

What is the Benefit of Using the Materials for Laser Users?

• The Select 1/8” Double-Sided, Color-Set Laser Materials have some flexibility making it easier to work with when assembling your BoxIt and other Projects.

• Many similar materials are only finished on one side, leaving an unfinished side to try and disguise when making laser products. When you are working with material that is finished on both sides, you can easily create your one-dimensional ARTWelder products, three-dimensional BoxIt Suite products, and more with far less effort!

• Easy to clean! When the material is cut from the laser, the smoky residue left behind is easily removed by using a cloth with a small amount of soapy water while rubbing over the material after cutting/engraving. The surface residue comes right off! You can also use transfer tape for more intricate and delicate items if desired.
